This is a major step for me.  I have spent most of my life avoiding cameras!  However, when I was doing my research for weight loss surgery I always wanted to see the results other people got.  The following page has my before and current pictures.  I am 5'3" tall.  I started with a BMI (body mass index) of 58.  That put me in the "super morbidly obese" catagory.  I am now in "obese" with a BMI of 37.  At this point in my life I would not qualify for the surgery, as they require a BMI of 40 and above.  The results you see are in 10 months.  Many people have lost faster, but I am happy so far.
